Support Services
Our SIMS support team is staffed by trainers that are highly skilled in the use and maintenance of the SIMS software suite. All of our staff have a solid understanding of the SIMS suite with individual specialisms in particular areas to ensure the entire system is covered to an expert level. Our training team are also a substantial part of our first line help desk. This ensures that their SIMS knowledge is always kept up to data as well as ensuring that our customers receive an immediate solution to the majority of their calls.
Training Services
We want our schools to get the best out of their SIMS system and to help make this happen we offer a wide range of SIMS courses repeated on a half termly basis. Schools employing new staff or wishing to start using a new part of the system can always access training when necessary. Training is delivered either at our permanent training base at West Park in Leeds or at a training venue in Garforth. We are also able to supply a mobile training suite to deliver courses at your schools if required.
Consultancy Services
Most schools need extra help or advice at some time to get the most out of their system. We can provide consultancy services to help identify how you can use your existing data more effectively or expand your use of the system to aid school improvement. This can take the form of a SIMS audit, meetings with senior staff and users or training groups of staff (including full staff training sessions).
