As a business focused on the delivery of a service, the experience, background and capability of our staff is paramount. The team at School ICT Services is arguably one of the most experienced in the region. On average, our staff have over 10 years of specific education ICT experience delivering services to schools.

Steve has held a number of roles in the ICT market and moved into the education ICT sector in 2001 joining Research Machines (RM). Gen Hopkinson (Business Development Manager)
Gen worked with our team at the Enterprise Leeds office for just over a year until January 2009 when she moved down to Devon. Fortunately for us the quiet country life in the South West wasn’t her thing and she returned back to the hustle and bustle of Leeds. Her name will probably be unfamiliar to many of you, despite her having been part of the Enterprise team, as she worked primarily in the E-Learning business focusing on ECDL, CLAIT, ITQ and E-Citizen online courseware and examination materials. She was very successful with this business and was particularly good at building strong working relationships with her customers, building a reputation for delivering excellent customer service. Gen takes on responsibility for business development and customer care at School ICT Services.
